What is Agentic AI?
Agentic AI combines language models with instructions, tools and state to work toward a goal through controlled actions. You will learn when an agent is useful and when a simpler workflow is enough.
Who is this program for?
Developers, software students, learners with basic Python or JavaScript, professionals building internal tools, and entrepreneurs or technical founders.
Do I need advanced machine-learning mathematics?
No. The program focuses on practical software engineering. Advanced machine-learning mathematics is not required.
Do I need Python?
Basic Python or JavaScript is expected. Python is part of the program technology stack; basic JSON, APIs and command-line knowledge will help.
How long is the program?
The Agentic AI Engineering program runs for 6 weeks.
How many sessions are included?
There are 18 instructor-led sessions, with 3 sessions per week. Contact the academy for the next cohort timetable.
What projects will I build?
An API-based AI assistant, customer support agent, company knowledge / RAG agent, AI software team, AI lead management system and a final AI customer operations system.
Will I build a RAG agent?
Yes. Week 3 covers document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, semantic retrieval, source grounding and citations.
Will I learn multi-agent systems?
Yes. Week 4 covers coordinators, specialists, handoffs, task delegation and when multiple agents are appropriate.
What is MCP?
Model Context Protocol is a client/server approach for connecting AI applications to tools and resources. You will cover its fundamentals, authentication and least-privilege access.
Will I learn AI coding agents?
Yes. Week 5 covers repository exploration, planning, multi-file changes, testing, review, debugging and verification.
Will I learn Docker?
Yes. Docker and cloud deployment concepts are included in Week 6 alongside logs, monitoring and a production checklist.
What is the final capstone?
An AI Customer Operations System combining coordination, specialist capabilities, external tools, RAG, memory, validation, permissions and tests in a usable API or interface.
What will I have in my portfolio after completion?
Six practical projects, a Git repository, documentation, tests or evaluation examples, architecture diagrams and a final demonstration.
